Dennis Chan
Co-Founder
Based between Dubai and London for 7 years where he held senior leadership positions to develop and deliver multiple real estate projects across UK, Europe and Middle East, Dennis has vast experience in large international real estate masterplan developments, including signature towers such as St Regis Residences Belgrade, Fairmont Residences Morocco, W Residences Amman and many more. Prior to his international stint, Dennis was in the senior management team for 2 real estate development companies that were listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
Dennis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the National University of Singapore, and is a graduate of the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is also a Certified Green Mark Associate (GMA) with the Singapore Green Building Council.

Darren Chew
Co-Founder
A Naval Officer by early professional training, Darren transitioned seamlessly into real estate and financial investments, channeling his discipline and strategic vision into building a distinguished career. Before founding MCQ Land, he served as Chief Operating Officer of a Hong Kong-listed property development and private equity giant for over a decade, steering high-stakes projects and institutional investments valued more than S$1B. With expertise spanning the entire real estate value chain, Darren is a proven leader in asset origination, development, and value optimization.
Darren holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore, and is a graduate of Global Executive MBA at INSEAD. Darren is a Certified Green Mark Associate (GMA) with the Singapore Green Building Council.
